1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Remote CloseHer, operated by Naya Official L.L.C. By using this website and submitting the contact form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our Service

Remote CloseHer provides training for remote high ticket sales roles. We do not provide recruitment, placement, or employment services. Submitting the form is a request for information; it does not create a contract for training, and it is not an offer of employment. Availability, pricing, and program content may change at any time.

The training itself is free. Free access requires an active Base44 subscription ($50 a month), which you purchase directly from Base44, our software partner. Billing, cancellations, and refunds for Base44 are handled by Base44 under its own terms. Because the training is hosted on Base44, canceling your subscription ends your access to the training. Remote CloseHer receives compensation from Base44 when you sign up through us.

3. No Earnings Guarantee

Nothing on this website is a guarantee of employment, income, or specific results. Outcomes depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any results or figures shared on this website are individual experiences, not promises or typical outcomes.

4. Communication Consent

By submitting the form, you agree that Remote CloseHer may call you at the number provided, including with automated technology, about your scheduled call. Text messages are sent after you check the SMS box on the form, which reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Remote CloseHer about my scheduled call, including confirmations, reminders, and the video to watch before my call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Texts are only about your scheduled call. Your details are never sold. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, templates, and content are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation or security. You must only submit a phone number that you own or are authorized to use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, our services, or our training.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Miami Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
